Grassroots Opportunities

Mini Drives

the period purse mini drives

The Period Purse was built from the grassroots up by small groups of passionate individuals. Want to do a mini drive with your colleagues, friends, or book club? Help out financially or with in-kind donations. Collect $15 each to support one menstruator through an online fundraiser.Or collect new, unopened period products and have one of your team drop it off at our storage unit in Etobicoke or your closest food bank.

Email our Mini Drive Coordinator for more information!

Teachers and students- this one's for you! From middle schools to post secondary, schools are the perfect place to start Menstruation Nation with The Period Purse. Hold a period product drive, host an online fundraiser, or get educated about periods. We will support you every step of the way, including sharing a how-to handbook with tips for forming your own Menstruation Nation group.

More about hosting a product/ online drive email our Menstruation Nation Coordinator.

Want to hear what virtual presentations we can give your group, email our Education Coordinator.
